Went to an Event
And crazily enough we did not get any pictures of said event. However we did get lots of pictures of this very cool donkey cart at the Patton Museum at Fort Knox Kentucky.
This cart was commisioned by the Army in memory of Patton's Liberation of Italy (we believe can not remember slept since then) Anyway it was really cool and Lord Alan and Kenrick spent about 20 minutes looking at it. Trying to figure out the brake system. It is really beautiful.

It takes two
Ok with a few alterations the tent can now be put up with just two people and really possibly just one. That is after we had to have 4 adult males and a step ladder the first time. NO step ladder this time just me and hubby. Hubby has rounded the parts that go into the holes so we can now scissor it. When we took it down it took 3 but we can do it with just the two of us. Anyway..Very pleased. Today I made a few fibula's and will take pictures tomorrow and show them off. Used coat hanger, man does my hand hurt. LOL. Ok here is the pictures of the A-frame you can not tell but we are proud!

Viking Tent
The Viking tent is up. Well the frame is up, and now for decisions. It is really too high but do we make it wider or should we cut the a framers shorter. Probably will make it even more sturdy. We will want to hang things from the ceiling or the pole but because of the height can not reach it. decisions decisions..we brain storm and it is really a great thing. Hubby and I will take it down and he will round out the ends so they move smoothly through the holes. After we make our decisions about height and all we will then take measurements and cut the fabric and sew it. Meanwhile, I have made 3 new tunics for hubby and 2 new dresses for me. Oh there is a tarp on the A frame just to get an idea of what it will look like.
